Our Executives
Usina Coruripe is a professional company and its executives have total autonomy of decisions to run the business, each one with the necessary expertise and experience. Shareholders Vitor Wanderley Junior, Tércio Wanderley Neto and Márcio Wanderley de Paiva are now part of the board of Directors, which meets monthly to monitor the strategic progress of the company.

Former President of Lanza AG South America, held executive positions in agribusiness companies as El Tejar LTDA Argentina and Zilor. He also worked abroad at Phillip Morris and Caterpillar

Mechanical engineer, he has been working at Coruripe for 22 years, after working at Votorantim Group Plant

Post graduate in Strategic Marketing management, has been working at Coruripe for 35 years
Mariluci Pinheiro
Administrative & HR Director
Graduated in Social Service, with specialization in People Management, she worked in national and multinational agribusiness companies. She has great experience in the subsystems of HR, compensation and benefits, health, sustainability, safety, culture and communication
Marcos Jorgi
Agricultural Director
He has a degree in Agronomy Engineering with MBA in Business Management and has more than 30 years of experience in the sugar-energy sector
Rafael Venâncio
CFO
With 23 years of experience in finance, has solid expertise in financial planning, strategic planning and risk management. He specialized at the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), London Business School (LBS) and the New York Institute of Finance (NYIF). He has held the position of Planning and IR Manager at Coruripe for the past four years, in addition to having accumulated contributions to large multinational companies in the agro-industrial, energy, biotechnology and food sectors.

Executive Supply Manager
Graduated in Electrical Engineering, MBA in Business Management and Project Management. With 20 years of experience in supply chains, he has extensive experience in logistics processes, warehousing and inventory management.

Bachelor of Law, Postgraduate in Labor Law and Labor Process, in Civil Law and Civil Procedure. He has 20 years of professional experience and experience in the Sugar and Energy sector.
